Syntave is committed to customer satisfaction. Our cancellation and refund policy is outlined below.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests will be considered only if made within 1-2 days of placing the order. However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors or merchants and they have initiated the process of delivering the service.

Damaged or Defective Items

In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the same to our Customer Service team within 1-2 days of receipt. The request will be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at their end.

Product Not as Expected

If you feel the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 1-2 days of receiving the product. Our Customer Service Team will look into your complaint and take an appropriate decision.

Warranty Claims

In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them directly.

Refunds

In case of any refunds approved by Syntave, it will take 1-2 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
